Once the transfer data has been confirmed, the medical staff makes contact with the current hospital and updates on most recent patients information, for possible re-evaluation of the transfer.

• The patient, medical crew and family members, are trasported to the airport by the ground ambulance.
• The patient, family members and luggage board the aircraft.
• The flights medical crew will maintain any necessary contact with flight coordinator for patients updates and important information.
• A ground ambulance will await at destination airport for patients arrival, and our crew will acompany the patient up to the destination hospital.
• Once the patient is addmitted to the hospital, the flight coordinator will pass on any information of the transfer and patients medical condition to family member
